What we offer
Early Childhood Education Workshops
Educators are critical in early mental health of children under 5. With growing pressure on educators we offer key information and strategies to support their work with babies and young children. Tailored to the specific needs of your centre, this workshop supports your educators to understand the neurobiology of attachment, and the importance of relationships. We also discuss how you connect, and how to manage when connection is difficult to develop and maintain. Using a strengths-based approach, we deliver an energetic and interactive workshop - contact us to discuss how we can work together.
Parent Workshops
The demands on parents of infants and young children are high, and can often leave well meaning parents feeling stressed or overwhelmed. This workshop is a supportive delve into the importance of your relationship with your baby, toddler or kindergartner, and how this relationship is their best resource for developing lifelong emotional and social wellbeing. With practical strategies and authentic real life examples, our interactive workshop will help support your confidence in parenting.

We are able to offer tailored workshops for your organisation, as well as 1-1 or group supervision.
Who
we are
Little Minds Thriving is made up of two highly experienced Infant Mental Health Clinicians - Clare Pollock and Meredith Reid. Clare and Meredith are both Mental Health Social Workers, and have a wide range of experience in government and Non-government settings. They are passionate about infant mental health and promoting the importance of early relationships with infants and children under 5 to support their emotional, social and physical development and wellbeing.
“Thank you, Clare and Meredith for the workshop on Infant Mental Health. We all enjoyed the session and found it very informative.
It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on your key points and how we make a difference with every single child's wellbeing and how Early Childhood Educators play a critical role. After every thing our industry has been through recently it was also a powerful affirmation of the importance of our job and the value of our work and the effort we put in everyday to provide high quality care and education for the children.
Also a timely reminder on R U OK Day, to look after ourselves and to continue to look after each other.
We enjoyed your humour and appreciated you sharing your own experiences as a Parent and as a mental Health Clinician. We have lots to reflect on. Thank you so much for resources and referral options.”
